This outstanding high-fence ranch is located about one and a half hours north of Kansas City. Hunt Nation agent Eddie Deuser personally toured this ranch a couple of years ago and was impressed with the lodging, amenities and overall quality. Since that time, we have sent many clients for bison, cow elk and even a few whitetail hunters. The whitetail hunts are quite popular and reserving spots can be difficult.
The lodge is tucked away in the solitude of over 1,000 private acres of rolling hills, beautiful trees and fields. You will see wildlife in their natural settings among the tree lines, native grasses and crops. The lodge is complete with 11 private suites, 3 private cabins and all the amenities you could ever desire. You’re sure to be comfortable when staying only a few days or just a few hours.
All hunts include lodging and meals at the main lodge, which is complete with movie theater, swimming pool, billiards table, fire pit, sauna, fitness area, and Wi-Fi. You can also visit the fishing lake, underground shooting range, skeet range and 5-stand platforms. They will field dress and quarter your game, but do not debone. But you can use their facility if you wish to do that yourself, or there are a couple of meat processors nearby.
PRESERVE BISON, COW ELK AND WHITETAIL DEER
These hunts take place on the 1,000-acre high-fence preserve and include 3 days of lodging, meals and access to all the amenities. Whether you’re a first time hunter or a seasoned veteran, your success and overall enjoyment is their top priority. Hunting from either treestands, raised box blinds or ground blinds, they have the resources needed in order to meet your hunting needs. The high-quality of bison or cow elk meat is hard to beat. On an average you should expect 150-175 pounds of boned meat from a cow elk and 250-300 pounds from a cow bison. The cow bison come in a variety of colors. They also have a few black bison bulls remaining. Once these elk and bison are gone, they are gone for good. The expense to supplement feed these animals is prohibitive and the ranch owners want them gone. Don’t miss out on this opportunity!
