Argentina has incredible hunting for birds, but less known is its superb hunting for big game species. They have excellent hunting for red stag, blackbuck, wild boar, Asian water buffalo, mouflon, axis deer, fallow and much more. And in this particular outfitters case, he has the ability to also put you into world class high volume wing shooting in conjunction with your big game hunt! AND YOU CAN GO HUNTING IN MARCH AND APRIL!!! No more sitting and waiting for fall. So there is the possibility to take a bunch of big game, then relax and shoot hundreds of doves a day each morning and evening for a few days, in between which you can enjoy long lunches with Argentine wine and beef, and take a quiet a siesta – a welcome break! Rifle, black powder or archery, all can be handled here with great comfort and success.
This is a free range red stag area with no farm genetics introduced. Truly wild free range red stag that are free to roam from ranch to ranch. They do have a 1,500 preserve area where bigger stags roam. Keep in mind that free range stags are more like elk in antler configuration and therefore stags in the 240”- 280” range would be the expectation. You never know what will show up though and bigger stags are always a possibility. This is the sister ranch to Argentina #42 and if you elect to take the charter flight you will most likely be going with clients going to both ranches. They are very similar in all aspects.
Please give me 10 minutes of your time. I am glad to present you a new option for big game hunting in Argentina. You are very familiar with our present operation, (Hunt # 42). A group of well-known managers (including our lodge manager and our co-founder & CEO), along with a third experienced guy, are opening a new private ranch which was only hunted by the family owners during the last decade. This +33,000 acre ranch hosts a super population of quality stags only possible with a low hunting pressure and quality management for 10 years now. The new Ranch will be managed by this team with 2 decades guiding happy clients in the field. That’s why we can say this is one of THE BEST full guided hunts you can get.
You know well the Argentina hunting grounds, and you know La Pampa province and its’ free range untamed woods are something unique. This new ranch is like stepping back 20 years back in time, a hidden Gem. A super roar for Red Stags, virgin free range areas, trophy Fallow deer, challenging water buffaloes in deep brush, long shots on Blackbuck antelope or Mouflon rams who walk the crops and agriculture plains, blinds for hunting huge boars during night, Axis deer in the preserve area, plus more.
This ranch has the best free range deer we HAVE SEEN in years of scouting. I can produce superb stags like in the pictures for at least a couple of seasons… and more if we keep the low hunting pressure as business model. The idea is to sell a bunch of groups per year to keep it personal and maintain trophy quality.”

Craig Boddington hunted here and says this ABOUT THIS OPERATION: “In terms of accommodations, the main ranch’s Lodge is truly deluxe. It will remind you of a baron’s hunting estate, with red deer trophies hanging on stucco walls, with high ceiling rooms, huge dining rooms and fireplaces and chandeliers. They have their own chef as well. They even produce their own wines under their own label. The main lodge has 2 private suite rooms; a living room & main dining room with fireplace; 2 fully equipped bungalows each with 2 private suite rooms and private hall room for your hunting gear & preparation; a separate club house consisting of a large living room with fireplace and a lovely bar salon which tends to be the spot for late hour stories and socializing. They also serve you post-hunt appetizers. They have an area for gun cleaning with an office that has wireless and patch cord internet access along with a desktop PC at no charge. As you can see, this is no ordinary hunting lodge. Add in the chef; the special wines, the special care and treatment, the 1×1 guiding—and you have a great place! I feel better tonight. I went for a long run, which took away some of the guilt from your fantastic food and incredible wine! This is one of the best places I had ever been! The lodge and staff are fantastic, the country is beautiful, and your free-range stag are wonderfully challenging. I am only sorry that my wife, Donna, didn´t see this part of our Argentina adventure – Which means we must return! I cannot thank you enough!” Craig Boddington – Paso Robles, California
